I have a bill from the hospital with the same date of service as the bill from the physician group. Why are there two bills?

DoctorPayments.com processes physician bills. The hospital sends separate bills for hospital services that are provided during the patient's visit. Separately, other physicians (e.g., radiologist, specialist consultants) may send a bill for their services. For these reasons, you may receive more than one bill for services provided during the same visit.

You can view your account activity at DoctorPayments.com by selecting "Accounts" in the menu, and entering the account number of the statement you would like to view. Account numbers are located on your statement.
